A 2 tier stand for the Kallax Storage cubes
Made from 4mm clear acrylic, simply install no glue or screws required
Each shelf is 125mm deep, and the space between each shelf ie from the bottom up is 125mm.
Simply place the side supports into place, slot in the three braces, and pop on the shelves
The shelf locks onto side supports and wont slide off the supports.
Should you want to make the shelf a permanent fixture inside the Kallax cube, we do supply it with double sided sticky pads and screws, so you can choose which permanent fixings suit.

Can you paint the MDF Stands
Yes you can please read
When you paint them you are adding more material to the surface of the MDF. Increasing the thickness and this will stop the stands from being assembled.
The easy solution is to assemble the stand and then either with a pencil mark the areas where the parts slide together and paint to this line.
Spray painting the stands is a good option also whilst they are built, as this stop paint getting into the slots.
We have had lovely results using " Furniture's Touch by Rust-oleum " in a spray can
